The enhancements to these key reports are designed to give you quicker access to your data and more robust long-term analysis where it matters most. The remaining reports continue to be fully accessible in their familiar format, ensuring continuity for your daily operations.  ### What's Changing? ## Extended Data Retention Cloud Reporting & Analytics now supports extended data retention beyond the previous three-year limit for specific reports. To help you conduct multi-year sales comparisons and tax audits, we removed the three-year data cap exclusively for these key reports: - Employee Item Sales - Pay Period - Pay Period Details - Ticket Details You can now access unlimited historical data through these specific reports. - **Action Required:** To view data beyond the three-year mark for the four reports listed above, stores must re-transmit older Day Files to populate the new extended history. Contact SpeedLine Support to get started. ## Improved Stability and Redundancy Enjoy uninterrupted access to your enhanced real-time reports. Our upgraded architecture ensures your data is available for these reports, even during occasional maintenance.  ## Performance and Speed We’ve streamlined our processing to provide faster access to data for our most complex reports. For these newly enhanced reports, information flows directly into Cloud Reporting & Analytics for near-instant viewing. Updated views combine real-time and historical data into a single report, eliminating the need to switch between different versions of the same report. ## Visual Improvements When you log into SpeedLine Cloud Reporting & Analytics, you will notice a refreshed layout.
