SpeedLine 8.0 R300 is now available for general release. This release includes features such as integration with Tattle, an all-in-one customer experience platform for collecting, analyzing, and taking action on guest and menu insights. With this integration, restaurants can send surveys to customers after orders are complete. Additionally, SpeedLine now supports the Ingenico Moby/5500 for both the Apple and Android versions of the SpeedLine Pay app. This update also allows you to add Dollar Amount and Order Type columns to the Deferred Tickets List.
Tattle Integration
Using Tattle’s analytical features, SpeedLine users will now be able to determine their store's customer satisfaction scores within three months and improve those scores through the following Tattle tools:
- Monitor store performance with over 50 operational metrics in real-time.
- Benchmark restaurants against competitors.
- Analyze performance across units, operational categories, factors, channels, menu items, and more.
- Utilize the GM Playbook, which provides managers with specific improvement suggestions.
- Track the resolution timelines for unhappy customers, and automate apologies, rewards, and incentives.

Add the $ Amount and Order Type to the Deferred Tickets List
Deferred Tickets list now incorporate the Dollar Amount and Order Type columns directly into the display. This update addresses customer feedback requesting clearer visibility of order details, particularly the Order Type (delivery/pickup), to streamline order management and ensure timely delivery to meet Required Time commitments.
