Licensing Validations and Support for CSK products through QSR Automations have and will be ending as noted below.
- QSR Support for CSK versions 5-7.3 ended on March 15, 2023
- QSR Support for CSK version 8.3 ends on December 29, 2023
- QSR Support for CSK versions 2019 thru 2021 ends on December 30, 2024
If you have to change out computer hardware or upgrade your operating system on a CSK station, the CSK software will not be activated for use by QSR if your CSK version has passed its end-of-life date noted above. You will be required to upgrade to the ConnectSmart Kitchen (CSK) SaaS product from QSR to continue to use kitchen displays.
SpeedLine will continue to support and troubleshoot CSK software and hardware but if replacement or reactivation is required you will need to transition to the CSK SaaS product.
We encourage you to make the change to CSK SaaS in advance to ensure no kitchen display downtime in the event you need to have the software activated or QSR hardware upgraded. Moving to CSK SaaS will allow you to stay current with the version supported by SpeedLine and QSR and take advantage of any newly released CSK features.
