This means that the EMV PIN Pad Tip Prompt settings in Store Manager are *ignored *if you are using Uniterm 9 or later. See how to resolve this. After upgrading, follow the steps below to set up your PIN pad tip prompts in Monetra Administrator: 1. Open Monetra Administrator and log in. 2. In the left menu, click **merch users**. 3. In the **User Management** list, select your user, and click the **Edit **button on the right to open the **Edit Account **window. 4. Click the **Advanced **button at the bottom of the window. 5. In the **Advanced User Dialog**, click the **Terminal** tab. 6. In the **Tip **section, enter the percentages to show on the PIN pad, and select the **Other **check box to allow customers to enter a different amount. 7. Click **Submit **and exit Monetra Administrator. 8. Restart the Monetra service (in the Windows search bar, type **Services**, click to open, select **Monetra **in the list, right-click and click **Restart**). 9. Refresh Terminal.
