High Call Volumes in Support

Due a problem with Windows updates, call volumes in Support are extremely high today. Wait times are currently much longer than usual. 

If you leave a message on the Support line, we we will return your call in the order your call was received. Please leave a detailed message with your store name, preferred callback number, and a description of the issue you are having.

Emails to Support will be assigned to a technician as usual, but replies may also be delayed as we work through the queue.
