How to Verify SpeedLine Support:

• Caller ID: When we call you, your caller ID should display SpeedLine Support or 888-923-9185.

• Remote Connection Software: Our support technicians only use a connection via SpeedLine Liveassist, which is already installed on your stations, to connect securely to SpeedLine Support. Only verified SpeedLine staff have access to this tool.

Important: Any request to download or use an alternative remote connection product is a scam. Do not grant access. If You Are Unsure or have any doubt about the identity of a caller, hang up immediately and call our support team directly at 888-923-9185. We will be happy to confirm if the call is legitimate.
