Some of you may have experienced continuous restarts (also known as a "boot loop") after recent Microsoft Windows updates of your SpeedLine stations, and potentially your home computers too.
These restarts are being caused by a conflict with the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service, which does not allow the update to finish if it is running. We recommend taking steps to disable this service before the next Windows Update release.
To prevent future occurrences of this issue, please follow the steps outlined below to disable the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service on each of your computers.
