Monetra Discontinued, Security Maintenance Ending

Further to our previous advisory on October 14, 2025, Monetra development has officially ended.

Customers using Monetra v9 will continue to receive critical security maintenance until March 4, 2026 and technical support assistance for active licenses until March 31, 2027.

What This Means for You

Critical date: As of March 4, 2026 Monetra customers will no longer receive critical security maintenance, regardless of which version you have.

Monetra will no longer receive:

  • Compliance updates (PCI)

  • PCI security updates and audits 

  • New features, or bug fixes

  • Support for new devices or manufacturer updates

Monetra may continue to operate, however, systems that include Monetra could fail PCI audits, putting your business at risk of security vulnerabilities and PCI compliance violations.
