The Sales Manager is responsible for the management and implementation of sales revenue from all sales channels through direct management of roles within the department. The incumbent is results-oriented, with the ability to build and manage internal sales teams and programs, to consistently achieve or exceed customer growth, revenue and profit margin targets.

The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for consistently achieving or exceeding customer growth, revenue, and profit margin targets primarily within corporate and enterprise franchise sales channels.  The role finds, develops, closes, and manages mid-size multi-unit accounts in the pizza and delivery restaurant industry. This includes the development and implementation of strategic account strategies, and execution of sales revenue and business development opportunities to drive sales of SpeedLine POS software solutions

To help you achieve your personal and professional goals, as a SpeedLine Developer, we offer the flexibility to work locally in our Fraser Valley office, remotely from home, or a combination of in-office and remote.  Our expanding Development team is seeking outstanding software developers to help tackle the exciting technical opportunities ahead. You will be a key part of flexible teams, developing a cloud-enabled platform in a highly collaborative environment.

Department: Support

The Support Technician’s primary responsibility is to ensure the ongoing successful operation of SpeedLine customers’ POS systems by providing hardware, software, and system support to end users.  If you are looking for an in-house Support Technician role with a company that develops, sells, installs, and supports their own software product—and where your input and ideas can help continue to make us successful—then this role is for you. Our call center operates everyday from 6:00 AM to Midnight and shift schedules vary within those hours

Twice each year, we recognize a top achiever with the Outstanding Employee Award.  Congratulations to Bruce, SpeedLine Support Manager, for his outstanding service.

Bruce joined SpeedLine in 2016 as a Support Technician, and has been promoted twice since then. He has quickly mastered the requirements of each job, including supporting and installing SpeedLine, working on large projects for our customers, and now managing staff, all while handling the not insignificant requirements of being a new dad!

No matter the role he is in, the feedback from both staff and customers has been consistent: his support is always top notch, and he is always positive and willing to assist.
