SpeedLine LiveMaps™ Visual Dispatch
SpeedLine’s Delivery & LiveMaps functionality gives your restaurant the power to handle deliveries with ease and efficiency so that your orders are flying out the door.
LiveMaps offers the following functionality:
- Live Traffic and Navigation - Drivers will be sent ticket information and directions sent directly to their smartphones—no more drivers getting lost or showing up at the wrong location.
- Visual Dispatch - Seeing a map with visual indications of where the drivers are going, how many orders they have, and their estimated return time makes driver management more efficient and helps the kitchen plan accordingly.
- Delivery Zones - However you choose to break up your delivery zones and decide how or what to charge for them, once it’s programmed into the system, SpeedLine’s LiveMaps will automatically assign the customer to the appropriate delivery zone based on their address.
- Integrated Caller ID - When a call comes in, the system automatically pulls up the number and the associated account, detailing their name, past orders, and the status of their existing orders.
- Third-Party Delivery - SpeedLine’s POS integrates with third-party delivery services like Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes, and GrubHub with orders inputted directly into the POS rather than having to manually input them from a tablet.
