Get up early for the keynotes Tuesday and Wednesday morning! On Tuesday, Chris Bianco will start off the day for us. The author of Bianco: Pizza, Pasta and Other Food I Like owns restaurants in Phoenix, Arizona, and won the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southwest in 2003.
Wednesday morning will be kicked off by a presentation by Sammy Mandell. Mandell owns the Hot 100 Independents-ranked pizzeria, Greenville Avenue Pizza Company, in Dallas, Texas. Mandell opened the restaurant at 23, and was named Pizza Today’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018.
2. Beer & Bull Idea Exchange
Get to know fellow pizzaiolos at the Beer & Bull Idea Exchange on Tuesday evening. Relax with free beer and good food to discuss topics related to pizza making and the restaurant business.
