Sales Coordinator

Location: Abbotsford, BC

SpeedLine is the leading provider of intelligent point-of-sale (POS) software solutions to pizza restaurant chains across North America. We are seeking an experienced sales executive to join our team in Abbotsford. Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating revenue thru the After-Market Sales program and providing administrative support to the Direct Sales team.  Deep technical expertise and effective sales skills with a superior customer focus is required.  Communicate effectively and responsibly with customers and colleagues.  As a member of the sales team, the Sales Coordinator is a champion of the organization’s overall goals, objectives, and corporate values.

Position Responsibilities:

  •  Support customers seeking assistance regarding after-markets sales products; including creating and sending quotes to customers
  • Fulfill after-market sales of hardware and supplies for existing customers
  • Look for up-sell opportunities with customers in after-market sales
  • Coordinate the hardware replacement program and work with customers to upgrade their hardware in alignment with SpeedLine’s system requirements
  • Liaise with other departments to contribute to and establish effective processes that support the after-market sales function
  • Support the Sales Account Executives with lead follow-up and qualification
  • Coordinate with the Sales Account Executives and assist with closing sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with customers on all license transfers and liaise between the Sales Account Executives and Operations department
  • Document accurately all telephone calls, emails, and sales activity using the corporate CRM. 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or sales coordinator role.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and networks
  • Post-graduate College diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently, and with a team.
  • Ability to work in a demanding fast paced environment with aggressive timelines.
  • Ability to follow an issue or project through to completion.
  • Detail oriented, strong organization and time management skills.
