It’s marketing without the work.
We’ve teamed up with the direct mail experts at Mailmark to offer this great, new turnkey service.

You take 2 minutes a week to run one simple report. And that’s it. Mailmark dials into your store to pick up your customer data. They design and print your postcards, verify the addresses on your customer list, and mail your postcards every week. Then they report back to you with the results.

All you have to do is gear up to make more pizzas.

  • Takes just 2 minutes of your time each week
  • Customized postcards
  • Weekly mailings to key customer groups
  • One low price per card
  • Start right away -- no minimum quantities!

It’s a different kind of marketing.
Bulk mailings reach a lot of people. But mailing thousand of pieces is expensive and the average return is only 1 to 3%. A mailing to targeted segments of your database is much smaller. Although you pay a little more per piece than with bulk mail, your total cost is much lower. And the return is dramatically better.

A recent mailing for 9 participating restaurants averaged redemption rates of 14% for New Customers, 35% for Lazy, and 72% for Frequent!

Customer marketing keeps paying for itself.
A customer is worth a lot more to your business than the value of a single order. The lazy customers recovered by the mailing we described above (the 35% who redeemed the offer) ordered an average of 1.61 times in the 30 days after they received the postcard. So on average, each of their recovered lazy customers is worth $34.65 per month in sales. The 164 customers that each store recovered with this single postcard mailing (164 was the average) could mean an extra $5,628 in a month.

Are these results typical? We don’t know yet. This service is still new. But these are average results for 9 different restaurants in 9 different cities -- some big, some small. And if these results are typical? By mailing to lazy customers every month (or in smaller weekly mailings), an “average” store could see $68,191 a year in new sales! Worth a try?
