It’s all about service. At SpeedLine, we’re committed to helping you to operate more profitably with our industry-leading products and exceptional ongoing care.

The SpeedLine Support Program is designed to keep your software current and ensure that you get the support you need when you need it. Support is available by monthly or annual subscription, or per incident.

Services

A direct line to our team of Support Technicians when you need assistance (see below for extended support hours). We will answer your questions and take care of any problems you have with the system quickly and courteously so that you can concentrate on taking care of your customers.

Support is always toll-free throughout North America, so you never pay long distance charges.

We regularly enhance SpeedLine with new capabilities to help you make more money every day. Keep your investment paying off with SpeedLine software upgrades – free to Customer Service Program subscribers. We release software upgrades typically twice each year ($600 value each).

We realize that if you don’t use some features right away, you may need a “refresher course” in some areas after your original training program. If you call to request training support, we will schedule an individual tutorial for you with one of our technicians.

If you are motivated to go deeper, and learn additional ways to improve efficiency and profitability with SpeedLine, more training services are available for an additional charge. Call us for details.

When you call, a qualified technician will answer. Our goal is to give you the help you need, in most cases, on your first call. If follow-up is required, we will arrange a convenient time with you.

Your time is valuable, so speed of service is vital. During peak calling times, if you don’t have time to wait on hold, you can leave a message for a callback, and the next available technician will return your call..

Hardware Issues

Call us. If we supplied your hardware, we will help you to diagnose hardware problems, and arrange for repair or replacement.
