About Us

Established in 1990, SpeedLine is the leading provider of intelligent solutions for pizza point of sale. With our focus on the unique needs of pizzerias and chains, we have become the trusted technology partner to many of the largest companies in the pizza industry—and to many of the smallest as well. With offices in Lynden, WA, and Vancouver, BC, our business is helping restaurant companies operate more efficiently and profitably.

SpeedLine Solutions, Inc. At a Glance

Years in Business:	Incorporated in 1990, SpeedLine Solutions, Inc. has been in the computer software business for 17 years, specializing in point of sale systems for pizza restaurants since 1997. SpeedLine's founders and chief executives were previously partners in a software and network consulting company, Palette Software.
Offices:	USA: Lynden, Washington Canada and international: Abbotsford, British Columbia
Principals:	John deWolde, President: Co-founder and president John deWolde was introduced to computerized restaurant point of sale through his work as a software and networking consultant to a large regional pizzeria chain. John was previously a principal in Palette Software, a software development and networking consulting firm. Terry Haan, Vice-President, Development: Founding partner and vice-president Terry Haan provides strategic direction in the areas of product development, testing, implementation, and support. Also previously a principal in Palette Software, Terry has more than 19 years of software development and consulting experience.
Installations:	The company currently supports more than 5000 SpeedLine point of sale stations at more than a thousand independent and franchised pizzerias and quick service restaurants across the United States, Canada, and in Europe.
Employees:	SpeedLine currently employs more than 70 people.
Customers:	SpeedLine is the preferred point of sale provider to a growing list of pizza chains and major franchise companies in the USA, Canada, and Europe. A few of our restaurant partners are highlighted below: Since 2004, more than a third of the top 20 Pizza Hut franchise companies in the USA have committed to install SpeedLine in more than 1000 locations. SpeedLine is also a Yum! Canada approved vendor. Longtime SpeedLine customer Godfather’s Pizza announced in 2006 that they would convert all corporate locations with SpeedLine POS systems. SpeedLine is the exclusive POS partner to The Pizza Ranch, with more than 100 locations installed and SpeedLink Enterprise providing chain-wide management information to head office. Figaro's Italian Pizza selected SpeedLine as their POS partner in 2004. They continue to add SpeedLine POS systems in restaurants across the country. Another long-time SpeedLine customer, Happy Joe’s Pizza and Ice Cream manages their pizzerias across the Midwest with SpeedLine POS systems. Oregon-based Abby’s Legendary Pizza has made SpeedLine the point of sale solution for all their company-owned restaurants.
Affiliations:	SpeedLine is a preferred vendor of the National Association of Pizza Operators (NAPO).

Customer Stories
SpeedLine Customer Opens First Outlet in Poland Pizza Mann, Austria´s largest Pizza Delivery Service, continues its expansion abroad.
