John de Wolde, President
Co-founder and president of SpeedLine Solutions, Inc., John deWolde gained his initial exposure to computerized restaurant point of sale through his work as a software and networking consultant to a major regional pizzeria chain. Previously a principal in Palette Software, a software development and networking consulting firm, John has a diploma in Business Computing.

John and partner Terry Haan share a code of values and a desire to build industry-leading products that help restaurant owners operate more profitably. A hands-on leader, John personally manages several corporate accounts in addition to overseeing the company’s strategic operations.

Terry Haan, Vice President, Development
Founding partner and vice-president of development of SpeedLine Solutions, Inc., Terry Haan’s professional background has been linked with partner John deWolde’s since 1990. Originally partners in Palette Software, Terry and John’s consulting work with a regional pizza chain spurred them to develop a better POS product for multi-store pizza franchise operations.

Terry has a diploma in Business Computing and nearly 20 years of software development and consulting experience. He provides strategic direction for all areas of product development, testing, implementation, training, and customer support.

Jennifer Wiebe, Marketing Manager
Jennifer Wiebe manages marketing and related programs at SpeedLine, including the popular SpeedLine Challenge. She directs all aspects of marketing strategy and communications, and she and her team work closely with SpeedLine customers to integrate their POS system successfully into their restaurant marketing programs.

A writer and former consultant, Jennifer also serves on the editorial board of PMQ Canada and contributes articles on marketing and technology to pizza trade publications. She has more than 15 years’ experience in marketing and public relations. Meet the Marketing Team.

Bryan Champ, Customer Service Manager
To ensure our customers receive the highest level of service, Bryan Champ oversees SpeedLine's installation, technical support team, and in-house training teams.

Bryan comes to SpeedLine from a world class organization that supports the customers of some of the world’s largest technology companies. During his time there, Bryan developed a high-performing team of 500 service representatives, achieving all-time high customer satisfaction and total problem resolution results.

Frank Marchand, Sales Manager
Frank Marchand leads the sales and sales development teams at SpeedLine. With more than 25 years of technology sales and sales management experience, Frank has held senior business development and management roles with global software companies such as Citrix Systems, Peregrine Systems, Computer Associates, and Platinum Technology Inc.

Frank has an extensive background in building and managing direct client sales teams, strategic partnerships, and channel alliances. Drawing on that experience, Frank and his teams are committed to growing the business by understanding and professionally addressing our clients' technology and business needs.

Ivan Graham, CMA, Controller
Controller Ivan Graham brings to the company a strong mix of accounting expertise and advanced management skills. After working towards a Business Administration degree and earning a diploma in Building Technology, Ivan was a project manager in the construction industry for a number of years. His interest in the way strategic financial planning could contribute to business success led him to enroll in the Certified Management Accounting program. After completing a seven-year course in 1999, Ivan earned his professional designation in management accounting and became a member of the Fraser Valley chapter of the CMA Association. He built on his expertise in management and accounting positions with several companies.
In his role at SpeedLine, Ivan manages the company’s financial operations and applies his financial expertise and strategic insight to contribute to the continuing growth of the company. Meet the Administration team.
